Q: What times are you open?
A: We are open 9am to 5pm Monday, 8.30am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. We do not close for lunch.
Q: Is there parking nearby?
A: The Teign Street public car park is located directly at the rear of our shop and can be found by following the directions on our Contact page. We are always happy to help customers carry heavy items to and from their vehicles. Other nearby parking is located at Quay Road. A loading bay can be found by the subway entrance a few metres away.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, local delivery is available for a small charge in the Teignmouth, Shaldon and Dawlish area. We also operate a postal service, which can be cheaper and more convenient for some of our customers.
Q: I have an item I’d like you to repair, how do I get it to you?
A: You can either drop the item into our retail outlet or contact us to arrange a collection (a collection fee may apply). If you are located further afield, you can post small items to us using the Repair Request Form, which contains further information about the service.
